How to Curl the Corner of a Photo in Paint Shop Pro for Beginners

 Curling the corner of a photo is one of the most popular things on the web right now. Paint Shop Pro makes it easy to curl the corner of a photo. This tutorial is for the beginners. I will walk you step by step through this tutorial.
The first thing that you will need to do is open the photo that you want to curl. Go to the top of your Paint Shop Pro window and click File > Open. When the box pops up, locate the photo that you want to use, click on it, and click the Open button. That will open your photo in your Paint Shop Pro program. You may need to zoom in to get the view at 100%. To do this, go to the top of your window and click View > Zoom > Zoom to 100%.
Now you are ready to curl the corner of your photo. Go to the top of your window and click Effects > Image Effects > Page Curl. The page curl window will come up and you can adjust the options. You will see the preview of the page curled photo on the right size of your screen. Any adjustments you make you will be able to see it before you apply it.
Let's look at the Curl Settings first. In the curl settings section you will notice the color box. Clicking on that and changing the color will change the color of the curl. Changing the Radius will change the size of the curl. To change the color, click on the color box. Then click on the color that you want to change it to. Click the arrows up or down to change the size of the curl. You will see four icons at the bottom of thsi box. This is where you will select which corner you want to curl. Click the icon that you want.
Next, we will look at the Curl Bounding Rectangle section. This section is where you will change the width and height of your curl. Play around with the width and height to get it the way that you want it.
The next section is the Edge Mode. The Color box is where you change the color behind the curl. Click on the color box and select the color that you want and then click the OK box.
Once you have your page curl the way that you want it, click the OK button. Then you can export your photo. Most people save images as jpegs. To export your photo as a jpeg, go to the top of your Paint Shop Pro window and click File > Export > JPEG Optimizer. When the Optimizer window opens, click OK. The next window is where you will save your image on your computer. Type the name of your image in the bottom field and click the Save button.
