Did you know you could change your MySpace Homepage Theme? This is the page you see when you log in to your account. You can change the view of this page by upgrading to the Homepage Theme and then you can change the theme by selecting a theme from the theme panel. In this tutorial, I will show you how to change your MySpace homepage and I will show you how to add a theme.

Changing the View of your MySpace Homepage

The first step is to change the view of your MySpace homepage. On your homepage, you will need to look for the “Page Theme” box. In this box, you will see the New Home Skin link. Click that link to change the view of your Homepage. Your homepage will now be changed and your boxes will be rearranged. Now that you have changed the homepage view, you can start browsing through the themes.

How to Apply a Theme to your Homepage in MySpace

After you have switched the homepage view, you will see a Page Theme link in the top right part of your homepage. Click that link to open your themes box. In this box, you will see the different themes that are available. Click a theme to preview it. Once you click the theme, your homepage will reload and you will see the theme. If you want to keep this theme, go back to the theme box and click the Save button below the theme you clicked.

You can try on all of the themes and then click Save below the one you want to use. As of right now, there are 18 themes to choose from. You can browse through the themes by clicking the arrows. Once you have selected the theme you want to use, click the Close button to close your themes box.

Switching Your MySpace Homepage Back to Classic View

If you decide that you want to switch your homepage back to classic view, you can. Click the Page Theme link at the top of your page. This is the link you clicked earlier to open your themes box. Once the themes box opens, you will see a link at the top of the box. This is the Back to Classic View link. Click that link and your homepage will be switched back to the classic view. You can upgrade at any time by repeating the steps in this tutorial.

On the new theme, you can rearrange your modules and collapse modules. To rearrange your modules, you will need to use the arrows at the top of the box. To collapse the modules, click the line icon at the top of the box.
